This unit adopts SJSZ80 and SJSZ92 conical twin screw extruder;
PLC Control system in the production line,with reliable and stable performance;
The auxiliary equipment include vacuum calibration and cooling unit,haul-off unit,cutting machine and stacker;
The calibration unit is equipped with powerful cooling devices so that it can provide perfect calibration effect;
The haul off unit is caterpillar style with imported reducer and invertor have advantages of reasonal structure,big and atable traction;
The cuuting machine is able to set lengh and provide accurate automatic cutting;
The stacker is attached with material cart and rubber protection layer to prevent products from damege,and easy to operate.
